[Remote] Oracle HCM Deployment Project Manager

This role encompasses the full implementation life cycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.ResponsibilitiesLead full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects from planning through post-production supportDrive application configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities across project workstreamsPlan and coordinate go liveIdentify project risks, propose mitigation actions and steer any required decisionsGather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and process flowsDocument transformation goals and system design requirementsMap current-state to future-state processes and coordinate solution design with functional and technical teamsAct as primary client contact for project status, risks, and decisions. Lead meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop training materials and deliver end-user training to support adoption post go-liveDefine support procedures post go liveSkills10+ years of ERP implementations Project Management experience4+ full life-cycle ERP implementations covering planning, design, build, testing, and go-liveHands-on experience with configuration, integration, and back-end data connectivity for Oracle products such as HCM, CoreHR, Payroll, Talent, BenefitsExperienced with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms, Replicon (Timesheet Management), SAP S4HANA, Analytics Platforms (Snowflake), DayShape (for Resource Management)Solid experience within financial services industry servicing cross-industry clientsBachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
