[Remote] Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant, Managed Services

The Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant role focuses on providing application-level support and optimizing internal processes for customers' production and non-production environments. Responsibilities • Provide remote support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules • Resolve functional and technical issues for business users • Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions • Configure, test, and document system changes and reports • Collaborate with stakeholders and Oracle support to resolve issues • Support upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts • Deliver end-user training and create support documentation • Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry trends • Manage and troubleshoot system integrations • Identify and implement process improvements and automation • Track project tasks and communicate status updates • Liaise with Oracle and vendors to resolve escalated issues • Handle service requests via internal and external ticketing systems Skills • 5+ years of consulting experience in a similar role • 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience within oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Learn, and/or Time & Labor modules • Knowledge of HR processes • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent • Can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada • Travel up to no more than 5% may be required as per need basis Benefits • Competitive healthcare benefits • 401k retirement plan including employer match • Monthly reimbursement program to fuel your mind, body, and soul • Paid time off and company paid holidays • Paid parental leave • Family planning reimbursement program • Life insurance, short and long term disability coverage options • Mental and emotional wellness support application • Employer Assistance Program • Learning and Development resources • Commitment to work-life balance and comprehensive onboarding and on-going personal and career development Company Overview • ArcLight Consulting is dedicated to ensuring that Oracle HCM customers are successful with their investment.
