Responsibilities Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides Support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements Skills Experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or ERP support Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, or HR professional transitioning into Oracle Cloud HCM roles Interest in working on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Recruiting Strong communication skills to translate HR business requirements into system configurations Experience in HR systems, ERP platforms, data analysis, integrations, or reporting Ability to gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions Ability to configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting Ability to perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions Ability to prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides Ability to support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements Company Overview At Campus4Tech, we specialize in providing transformative training programs tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their skills, regardless of previous career paths or employment gaps.
