[Remote] Oracle Financials – General Ledger Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger and working knowledge of Receivables and Cash Management. The consultant will act as a Finance Lead, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver configurations, support testing, and ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering sessions for Finance, focusing on GL, AR, and Cash Management modules • Configure and support Oracle Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs • Support system testing, issue resolution, and validation activities during project phases • Collaborate with business users to document requirements, functional designs, and testing outcomes • Assist in data migration, reconciliations, and cutover planning as part of project go-live • Provide functional expertise and advisory support to Finance stakeholders throughout the engagement Skills • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud – General Ledger (mandatory) • Hands-on experience with Receivables and Cash Management • Proven ability to lead workshops, document business requirements, and deliver functional configurations • Experience supporting testing, UAT, and cutover activities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SLA configurations, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS) • Previous experience as a Finance Lead in ERP Cloud projects Benefits • Expenses Covered Company Overview • Established in 2009, Vantage Point Consulting has provided Staffing and Software Solutions to the US market.
