[Remote] Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Krasan Consulting Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant. The role involves hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL, focusing on Time & Labor functionality and delivering full-lifecycle implementations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL (Time and Labor), with a strong focus on Time & Labor functionality
ā¢ Oracle Cloud Time and Labor / Time & Absence certification required
ā¢ Experience delivering at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementations (design ā build ā test ā deploy ā post-go-live support)
ā¢ Strong understanding of Time & Labor configuration, rules, fast formulas, schedules, and integrations
ā¢ Cross-functional exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits)
ā¢ Ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
ā¢ Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and UAT for HCM implementations
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL (Time and Labor), with a strong focus on Time & Labor functionality
ā¢ Oracle Cloud Time and Labor / Time & Absence certification required
