The Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager will lead clients through complex enterprise transformation initiatives, overseeing the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP programs to modernize business processes and optimize operations.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation programs, including planning, execution, go-live, and stabilizationDevelop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocationsProvide executive-level status reporting on progress, financials, risks, issues, and mitigation plansManage project governance through steering committees, PMO forums, and stakeholder reviewsOversee scope management, change control, and delivery quality throughout the program lifecyclePartner with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Technical Teams to ensure successful solution deliveryDrive cross-functional coordination for design workshops, testing cycles, training readiness, cutover, and deployment activitiesMonitor project financials including forecasts, burn rates, utilization, and overall budget performanceEnsure adherence to implementation methodologies, quality standards, and best practicesBuild strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journeySkills10+ years of project management experience leading ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP6+ years of consulting experience delivering enterprise transformation programsMinimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud implementationsDemonstrated success managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectationsStrong executive communication, presentation, and client relationship management skillsExperience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and SmartsheetPMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferredCompany OverviewIBM provides technology and consulting, including software, infrastructure systems, and cloud-based solutions.
