The Project Manager will lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder communication.ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure, adhering to our project management principles and practicesDevelop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust as needed throughout the project lifecycleManage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and drive completion by the teamWork closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure project successMaintain clear and regular communication with all parties involved, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievementsEnsure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectationsImplement quality control processes and conduct quality reviewsMaintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure the allocated budget is not exceededAssemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resourcesFoster collaboration and communication among team membersSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5 to 10 years of experience in project managementMinimum of 3+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projectsComprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management modulesProven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teamsProficiency in project management methodologies and best practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support to ensure successful project executionFamiliarity with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft ProjectMBA or relevant master's degree preferredAdvanced Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsExpertise in Agile and Scrum: In-depth understanding and mastery of Agile methodologies and Scrum practicesOutstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
