[Remote] Oracle Cloud Developer - HCM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud Developer specializing in HCM to join their lean team. The role involves end-to-end development, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting within a heavily customized Oracle environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Handle design to implementation including coding, configuration, integrations, design, deployment, stakeholder engagement, etc
ā¢ Involve in system architecture, workflow automation, compliance, integrations, and reporting to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations
ā¢ Help create dashboard customers are requesting, custom reporting, etc
ā¢ Troubleshoot ticketing issues around payroll or help build reports that require coding
ā¢ Troubleshoot payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows
ā¢ Assist with Oracle security duties as needed
Skills
ā¢ Senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development
ā¢ Expertise in HCM module focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)
ā¢ Experience with utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula for seamless payroll and recruitment process automation
ā¢ Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using VBCS, ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, etc
ā¢ Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCM
ā¢ Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API
ā¢ ETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools
ā¢ In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java Script
ā¢ Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns
ā¢ Decent communications skills to interface with internal teams and the business stakeholders
ā¢ Not TOO bubbly of a personality but someone who is pleasant and easy to work with
