Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Finance Cloud BA to join an exciting company. The Oracle Finance Cloud BA will serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, providing support for Oracle ERP/EPM applications and enhancing financial processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for Finance Cloud and EPM end usersTroubleshoot and resolve system issues across Oracle Financials and EPM (EP) modulesManage and work ticket queues related to finance and planning/reporting issuesMonitor system alerts and ensure system stabilityPartner closely with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, etc.) to gather and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsSupport planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes within EPMAct as a liaison between Finance, FSO, and IT teamsDocument current-state finance and EPM processes (planning cycles, consolidations, reporting)Develop: Functional design documents, Process flows, Data mapping documentationIdentify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across ERP and EPM platformsAnalyze financial and planning data to identify inconsistencies and ensure data qualitySupport reporting needs across Oracle Financials and EPM (e.g., Planning, FCCS, etc.)Perform light querying and reporting using tools such as BI Publisher (basic level)Support quarterly Oracle patches, updates, and enhancements across ERP and EPM environments (critical)Assess risks, monitor impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure systems are aligned with evolving finance and planning needsHelp lead testing efforts for both ERP and EPM system changesEnsure functional teams properly execute testing scenarios and validate resultsSupport change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features and processesSkillsExperience supporting Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP) and strong exposure to Oracle EPM/EP (Planning, FCCS, or similar)Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed AssetsBudgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (EPM focus)Hands-on experience troubleshooting application and data issuesProven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirementsExperience with process documentation and continuous improvementStrong data analysis skills with reporting/query experienceExperience supporting system upgrades, patches, and enhancementsExcellent communication skills; ability to bridge technical and functional stakeholdersWorking knowledge of project management conceptsExperience with Oracle EPM tools (Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, etc.)Experience with BI Publisher or similar reporting toolsExposure to AI tools/technologiesChange management experienceBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionTerm life insuranceShort-term disability insuranceAdditional voluntary benefitsCommuter benefits401K planOur program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.Company OverviewAkkodis is a global digital engineering company and Smart Industry leader.
