Remote or Office Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote/Office Data Entry Clerk to join our Rotor Blade team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining data related to the manufacturing and production of rotor blades for aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data entry of production and inventory documentation into our database
Perform regular data updates and maintain database integrity
Verify accuracy and completeness of data by cross-checking with source documents
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed
Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
Assist with generating reports and analyzing data trends as required
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data and information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a related field
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with database management systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the aerospace industry or knowledge of rotor blade production
Technical knowledge or background in engineering or manufacturing
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
