They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to implement and execute transformational outcomes using Agile methodologies and JIRA for task management.ResponsibilitiesAttend the meeting of the team you will be supporting (weekly or daily)Create user stories to describe work items, with clear descriptions and acceptance criteriaPrioritize stories for the backlog and keep the team organized and focusedConduct weekly meetings with stake holders and monitor the health of the Kanban boardEncourage team members to utilize JIRA for task managementDrive open communication with team membersBe the servant leader for the team members, mentoring/assisting them when neededIdentify opportunities for improvement and be āTHE CHAMPION OF CHANGEāSkillsDemonstrated expertise and application of Agile methodologies, techniques and frameworksSuccessful track record of driving and facilitating teamsCommitment to continuous learning and mindset of relentless improvementExperience using Jira, Kanban or Sprint Board, SlackExcellent communication, analytical, mentoring and problem-solving skillsMinimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per weekBenefitsA $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membershipK-12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the depositCompany OverviewJerseySTEM provides stem oriented educational opportunities.
