The Operations Program Coordinator will coordinate operational activities supporting commercial and government accounts, manage documentation, and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce CRM.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate operational activities that support both Commercial and Government software businessDevelop training materials, guides, and reference documents to support Commercial and Government processesMaintain and improve internal processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures across Commercial and Government workflowsTrack the accuracy of Commercial and Government account data in Salesforce, including contract modifications and related updatesSupport Commercial quoting in Salesforce and CPQ, and maintain Government pricing data and DLA price booksPartner with Sales, Legal, Product Management, Implementation, Customer Support, HR, and Operations to support contract requirements, staffing needs, and customer executionCollaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure resource-related requirements, such as site access, background checks, training, and certification mandates, are understood and incorporated into planningMonitor relevant regulations, policies, and guidance related to acquisitions, health IT, cybersecurity, and data protection, and communicate important updates to stakeholdersMaintain accurate, organized records of contracts, modifications, price lists, approvals, and related correspondence in accordance with company policy and applicable requirementsEnsure Salesforce CRM data remains current, accurate, and complete for Commercial accounts, Government accounts, vendors, and distributorsPrepare reports and dashboards on pipeline activity, pricing updates, account status, and key milestones for leadership and cross-functional partnersComply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience4+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, sales operations, or contract supportStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, especially in managing pricing, contract data, and documentationProven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, Technical, and Implementation teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into clear internal guidance and processesComfort working with structured data, templates, and Government-provided forms or portalsProficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, with effective time management skillsStrong judgment and ability to anticipate the need for proactive communication and planningStrong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individualsDemonstrated ability to achieve results as an individual and in support of teams, including a track record of overachievingExperience working with U.S. Government contracts, with specific exposure to DoD and/or VA healthcare or health IT contracts a plusFamiliarity with DLA, VA, or other federal contracting environments, a plusExperience in the use of Salesforce and other sales enablement tools, a plusCompany OverviewFujifilm Cellular Dynamics, Inc. develops and manufactures biologically relevant human cells derived from induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells.
