The Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of a global training enablement program, ensuring that trainers and stakeholders have the necessary systems and tools to execute effectively. This role involves supporting a globally distributed team through operational excellence, technology administration, and process standardization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage operational systems that support the Global Master Trainer ProgramEstablish and maintain scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs across all regionsSupport onboarding, deployment, and operational readiness for new hires and field teamsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistencyPartner with IT to manage systems, reporting platforms, and tools used by trainers and leadershipOversee system administration (including user access, data integrity, and compliance)Ensure trainers are fully equipped with systems, credentials, and tools required for successTroubleshoot and resolve system issues in partnership with IT teams and vendorsCoordinate field surveys, learner feedback collection, and operational assessmentsSupport reporting efforts, including data collection and dashboard preparationManage trainer assets including laptops, devices, demo equipment, and training materialsOversee asset procurement, tracking, inventory control, and recovery processesEnsure field teams have the equipment and resources needed for effective program deliveryCoordinate branded materials, apparel, training kits, and event collateralSupport global events, onboarding sessions, and training summitsPartner cross-functionally with Regional Account Managers, Training, and Recruiting teams to support program executionSkills3+ years of experience in operations, program support, field operations, or training operationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience supporting operational systems, reporting tools, or technology platformsExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting global or multi-region programsExperience of workforce management or reporting platforms (e.g., OpenSky or similar)Experience in training, enablement, retail, or field-based organizationsExperience with asset management, inventory control, or logistics coordinationFamiliarity with survey tools, feedback systems, and reporting platformsBenefitsBi-weekly pay and early wage access - get paid when you need it!Health and wellness benefits plansPaid time off and holidays401(k) with employer matchingEmployee discountsReferral bonusTax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costsOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employeesCompany OverviewChannel Partners is the only 3PL that does it all.
