They are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability while overseeing business strategies and team collaboration.ResponsibilitiesExecute within our operating model based on four pillars: strategy and positioning of the business, operational excellence, growth, and product strategy and technologyIdentify, define and execute strategies required to achieve growth plans and operating objectives, with a focus on continuous improvementDrive operational efficiency and excellence and enhance scalability across your portfolio of businesses to optimize performance and maximize profitabilityDrive revenue growth by identifying and supporting new opportunities and growth strategies, including cross-selling and penetrating new marketsDrive initiatives and solve challenges related to sales, customer success and research and development within your portfolio of businessesPrioritize customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring strong solutions, service delivery and customer support within your portfolio companiesEnsure your portfolio companies have clear product roadmaps established and executed on, balancing investments in research and development with maintenance to maximize new customer growth while retaining existing customersOversee the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies aligned with market trends and the business objectives of the companies in your portfolioAssume P&L responsibility and focus on achieving key financial metrics related to revenue, ROI, EBITDA, customer retention, etcManage capital allocation and ensure efficient financial management of your portfolio companies, including on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisBuild, coach and lead high-performing teams within your portfolio companiesCultivate a culture of performance, continuous improvement, collaboration and innovationProvide clear direction and motivate teams toward achieving key milestones and delivering measurable resultsSkills6+ years' experience in management consulting and/or experience in a technology or software businessBachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or any other relevant fieldMaster of Business Administration (MBA) (a strong asset)Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer centric and continuous improvement mindsetExperience in one or more of the following areas: sales (customer acquisition, market penetration), customer service (support and professional services), product development (research and development) (an asset)Financial acumen (P&L management, budget, forecast)People-centric leader with experience successfully building, leading, developing, and mentoring a high performing teamExperience mobilizing people toward a common goalStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive resultsEntrepreneurial spirit, results oriented, driven, proactive and a team playerAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change with agilityHigh degree of accountability and ownership of your workStrategic and hands-onCompany OverviewManos Software Group is an investment firm focused on acquiring and operating vertical SaaS businesses.
