About Us: Emman’s Rice Store is a Philippine-based supplier specializing in the distribution of quality rice products to retailers, wholesalers, and food service partners. We’re now developing our U.S. operations to coordinate import logistics, product distribution, and market research with local partners. About the Role: We’re hiring a Remote Operations & Logistics Assistant to help support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for our U.S. operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and interested in international trade and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records Communicate with vendors, distributors, and logistics partners regarding orders and inventory Support documentation for import and compliance requirements Help prepare reports, data entry, and general administrative tasks Coordinate with the Philippine operations team to ensure timely updates Qualifications: Previous experience in administrative, logistics, or customer support roles preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with spreadsheets and office software Able to work independently and manage time effectively Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Schedule: Full-time, remote position Pay range: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours to coordinate with overseas teams Why Join Us You’ll be part of a growing international company entering the U.S. market, with opportunities to learn, contribute to process development, and grow alongside a team dedicated to quality and transparency in global trade.
