[Remote] Operations, Finance Manager

The Operations Finance Manager will act as a key business partner to the Senior Leadership Team and Plant Leadership, providing insights to drive cost efficiency and align financial goals with operational strategy.ResponsibilitiesServes as the key liaison between the Operations team and the Finance organization enabled by enriched Business Partnering relationships, metric tracking and reporting key performance indicators and targetsPartner with plant managers and operations leaders to identify track against cost-saving opportunitiesProvide business leaders with actionable financial insights and data to support strategic business decision-makingMonitor and report on key cost drivers: labor, materials, overhead, and logisticsSignificant involvement in operations planning and financial forecasting/budgetingSupport capital investment decisions and evaluate ROI on major projectsSelf-starter that is responsible for monthly analyses in areas such as direct/indirect cost, material usage variances, labor, and production mix.
