[Remote] Operations Data Analyst

KellyMitchell Group is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to provide end-to-end support for MDMS operations, including ingestion, VEE processing, aggregation, and data publishing. The role involves analyzing complex data quality issues, optimizing VEE rules, and overseeing integrations between MDMS and other enterprise systems.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis and resolution of complex data quality issues, system defects, and integration failuresConfigure, and optimize VEE rules, exception handling, and performance tuningMonitor, and troubleshoot MDMS batch jobs, workflows, dependencies, and calendarsInvestigation and resolution of complex MDMS and scheduling failures, including missed runs, data delays, and downstream impactsOversee and support integrations between MDMS and other enterprise systems (CIS, AMI, Analytics, Data Warehouse, etc.)Execute comprehensive test cycles functional, performance and ORT for system changes, defect fixes, and new functionalityDevelop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational standardsParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of hands on experience in Unix and Oracle applications including 24/7 application supportExperience supporting MDMS and AMI systems within a utility environmentUnderstanding of Smart Meter technologies, interval data, and utility business processesExperience with at least one enterprise MDMS platform (e.g., Landis+Gyr, Itron, Oracle, Siemens)Expertise in SQL and advanced data analysis for troubleshooting, reporting, and validationExperience supporting SOX regulated systems, including compliance with access controls, audit logging, and change management requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level communicationExperience supporting Landis+Gyr MDMS platformExperience supporting both electric and gas MDMS implementationsExperience working IBM power series infrastructureFamiliarity with AMI head?end systems and communication networksExperience with large?scale AMI deployments or enterprise transformationsKnowledge of regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance requirementsExperience supporting time?of?use, net metering, demand response, or EV programsBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredCompany OverviewKellyMitchell is a HR firm for IT and technical staffing for organizations globally.
