They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support their growing team, focusing on operational infrastructure, process improvement, and internal communications.ResponsibilitiesSupport special projects around automation, internal documentation, and coordination of operational experimentsSupport the relationship with our PEO and manage onboarding/offboarding processes while coordinating quarterly feedback reviews with Operations ManagerMaintain internal systems and file organization within Confluence and Google Drive with guidance and help from leadershipManage company subscriptions, tools, and vendors strategically, while tracking progress on internal tool development to ensure they align with evolving operational needsHandle state filings and compliance mail, including processing and routing physical mailManage invoicing and accounts receivable through QuickBooks, ensuring accurate billing, timely follow-ups, and clear tracking of client paymentsAdd and follow renewals, payment cycles, and other events to the operations calendar for thorough trackingAssist in organizing and executing team-building activities, company-wide all-hands meetings, and internal communication initiatives that support a connected, high-performing cultureHelp create and distribute materials for team events, ensuring that logistics, messaging, and participation are well-managedManage active domains and ensure new and old emails are being maintained properlyTrack progress on operational tasks or projects and follow up with responsible team membersTrack employee expenses and organize receiptsAssist with Client tasks such as Works user management, sunsetting emails, data transfers, etcSkillsA highly organized, proactive self-starter with strong follow-throughComfortable owning tasks end-to-end with minimal oversightNaturally curious and comfortable learning new tools and technologies (bonus if you're already using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline your work)Excited by the idea of solving business operations challenges in a scrappy, fast-paced environmentGreat at written communication (bonus if you're comfortable writing process documentation)A systems thinker who thrives on improving how things get done1–3 years in an operations, administrative, or coordinator role at a startup, tech company, or media organizationExperience supporting HR/people ops, sales, or internal project management teamsFamiliarity with tools like Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM's like Boostr and SalesforceInterest or background in ad tech, media, or sales augmentation platformsCompany OverviewRevenue operations technology and services.
