[Remote] Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to ensure smooth coordination of orders, shipments, and communication between warehouses, distributors, and customers.ResponsibilitiesHelping Orders Move Smoothly Assist with processing and reviewing sales orders Track orders from warehouse to delivery Help ensure shipments go out correctly and on timeCoordinating Logistics Work with warehouse teams to fulfil orders Request shipping quotes and track deliveries Help coordinate pickups, deliveries, and carrier communicationSupporting Customers & Distributors Help answer questions about orders and shipments Coordinate with distribution partners across North America Assist with routing orders to the right warehouse or distributorKeeping Operations Organized Update order statuses in our systems Maintain clear records of shipments and orders Help spot and solve operational issues before they become problemsUnique Projects Support special projects across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, such as launching new regions, rolling out new products, improving operational workflows, and helping streamline how we manage orders and shipments as we growSkillsYou love staying organized and keeping things on trackYou can learn systems easily (we use NetSuite as our ERP, HubSpot as our CRM, and work with multiple warehouse systems)You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks at onceYou communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionallyYou enjoy solving small problems before they become big onesYou have experience in operations, logistics, customer coordination, or supply chain (a bonus, not required)BenefitsHealth & dental coveragePaid time offFully remote work environmentOpportunity for growth within the best company everCompany OverviewFox Fold makes hotel toilet and facial tissue dispensers that deliver one large sheet per pull to reduce waste and control consumption.
