[Remote] Operations Analyst

Cerity Partners is a management firm that is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Addepar and Orion systems used for client performance reporting. The role involves account set-up, daily updates, monitoring system integrity, and supporting the integration of new advisors onto these systems.ResponsibilitiesSupport of the Addepar and Orion systems which is used for client performance reporting. This includes:New account set-up: including coding, linking to custodians and ensuring proper reporting of all investmentsDaily update/reconciliationMonitor reporting and integration of alternative assetsMonthly performance updatesProactively monitor dashboards to ensure system integrity and data accuracyMaintain a working understanding of the metrics, calculations, key user workflows, and operational processes involved in end-to-end maintenance of the reporting platformDocument required processes for ongoing system support, participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates, and help facilitate user integration and acceptance testingSupport the integration of new advisors onto the Orion & Addepar systems.
