[Remote] Operations & AI Automation Associate

They are seeking an Operations & AI Automation Associate to design and implement AI-powered workflows while supporting core operations, aiming to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy AI-powered workflows across operations (member onboarding, support, events, communications)Build and manage automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and AI agentsImplement and manage AI copilots using tools such as Claude Code and similar environmentsReduce manual workload by systemizing repetitive tasks and processesContinuously audit workflows and improve efficiency (time saved, error reduction)Own and maintain internal systems (Notion, CRM, communication tools)Build scalable processes for member experience, events, and internal operationsEnsure data is structured, accessible, and usable across the teamEnable self-serve access to information and reduce operational bottlenecksTriage and route communications using structured workflows and automationSupport scheduling and coordination where automation cannot replace itMaintain high-quality interactions with members, partners, and stakeholdersSupport planning and execution of events across multiple citiesCoordinate logistics with venues, vendors, speakers, and membersManage invitations, scheduling, and attendee communicationSkillsC1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)Proven experience building or managing workflow automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)Experience and strong comfort working with tools such as n8n and Claude CodeExperience using AI tools or building AI-assisted workflows in a hands-on, practical wayStrong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processesExperience documenting processes and building operational systemsStrong organizational and execution skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable working with founders or senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and figure things out with limited guidanceExperience working in startups, communities, or high-growth environmentsExposure to APIs or basic technical integrationsExperience in operations, business operations, or Chief of Staff-type rolesCompany OverviewThe Entrepreneur Cooperative (ECo) is a vibrant, member-driven community designed for entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
