[Remote] Operations Administrator (Spire)

The Spire Operations Administrator will lead marketing strategy and execution while supporting financial planning and operational workflows, contributing to both marketing leadership and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify target advisor segments, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioningOwn and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including campaign planning, content development, and performance trackingDevelop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, webinars, and advisor outreach)Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with financial professionalsMeasure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on key metrics (engagement, conversion, pipeline growth)Promote Spire Outsourcing services to financial professionals and industry partnersCollaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with service delivery and advisor needsContribute to the preparation and review of high-quality financial plans alongside paraplannersCollaborate with student paraplanners to improve workflow efficiency, data entry standards, and reporting processesDesign and scale training programs and standardized procedures for paraplanner developmentMaintain documentation of processes and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvementInteract professionally with financial professionals to gather data, move plans to completion, and support deliveryStay current on financial planning trends and incorporate relevant insights into both marketing and service deliveryBuild and maintain relationships with CFP Board registered programs to support recruitment effortsDevelop a pipeline of student paraplanners and identify placement opportunities for advisorsSkillsProactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented professionalExperience in both marketing and financial planning or wealth managementAbility to translate financial planning concepts into compelling marketing messagingCapability to manage multiple priorities effectively4+ years of experience in marketing, financial planning, or wealth managementCFP® certification or actively pursuing CFP® designation preferred but not requiredGraduation from a CFP Board registered program is highly valuedExperience with eMoney or similar financial planning softwareFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Redtail)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects, campaigns, and workflows concurrentlyBenefitsPaid time offPaid holidaysMedical coverageDental coverageVision coverageDisability insuranceLife insuranceWellness incentivesRemote eligibleCompany OverviewDo you control your journey?
