[Remote] Operational Support Systems Analyst - Fixtures & Merchandising

Brandpoint is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Systems Analyst to support the daily operations of their Fixtures & Merchandising division. This role serves as a critical link between project management, field operations, finance, and reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of operational processes across multiple projects.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain operational data across multiple internal systems and platformsDevelop, update, and monitor reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support project execution and business performanceAnalyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automationSupport project teams with data validation, system updates, and reporting requirementsAssist with work order processing, project tracking, invoicing support, and reconciliation activitiesEnsure data accuracy between field reporting, project management systems, and financial recordsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures and system documentationProvide troubleshooting and user support for internal operational tools and workflowsMonitor project metrics, labor utilization, compliance reporting, and operational KPIsCollaborate with project managers, coordinators, finance, and leadership teams to support business objectivesAssist with implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and technology solutionsSkillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in operations, project support, business analysis, systems administration, or a related roleAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google WorkspaceExperience working with project management software, CRM platforms, or operational databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentExperience in retail merchandising, construction, fixture installation, or field service operations is a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensationUnlimited PTO policyHealth benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesThe chance to be part of a growing national organizationCompany OverviewBrandpoint Services provides construction, building maintenance, painting, site surveying and project management services to industries.
