Teal Insurance Management is seeking an experienced OpenText Media Management (OTMM) Developer with extensive expertise in OTMM version 25+, workflow customization, and system integration. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting OTMM solutions, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support OpenText Media Management (OTMM) solutionsCustomize and enhance OTMM workflows, metadata models, business rules, and user interfacesDeploy, configure, and maintain OTMM environments in on-premises infrastructure Develop and support integrations between OTMM and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and integration frameworksPerform system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning for OTMM environmentsDesign and develop custom modules, scripts, and automation solutions using Java and JavaScriptCreate and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support OTMM operationsTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and IT leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutionsPrepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational proceduresParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and best-practice implementationsSkills10+ years of overall IT experienceMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Media Management (OTMM)Strong experience with OTMM Version 25 or higherExpertise in OTMM workflow design and customizationExperience deploying and supporting OTMM in on-premises (non-cloud) environmentsHands-on experience integrating OTMM with third-party systems and enterprise applicationsStrong programming skills in: Java, JavaScript, MS SQL ServerExperience with REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworksStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with OpenText ecosystem products such as OpenText Content ServerKnowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions and content lifecycle managementExperience working in enterprise-scale content management environmentsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesCompany OverviewTeal Insurance Management provides clear, reliable, and transparent insurance guidance for individuals and businesses.
