Responsibilities • Develop and implement metadata management strategies, including defining metadata standards, naming conventions, and business definitions in line with organizational policies. • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of metadata across multiple platforms and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Facilitate data discovery by improving metadata quality and consistency, and support data governance initiatives through metadata management. • Assist in defining and managing data lineage, identifying relationships between data elements across systems, and supporting impact analysis. • Provide training and support to teams on metadata tools and best practices, promoting a data-centric culture within the organization. • Collaborate with data owners, stewards, architects, and technology teams to ensure alignment on metadata management practices and drive data stewardship.
