Our client, Sansar Tec, is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support their Workday Learning and Compensation initiatives, guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Responsibilities • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives). • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine Workday Learning and Compensation requirements. • Guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile best practices, ensuring delivery of high-value increments. • Remove impediments and coordinate across teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth progress. • Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, quality) to stakeholders. • Coach and mentor team members in agile principles, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Workday functional and technical consultants to ensure sprint deliverables align with business needs. • Ensure compliance with Cognizant s agile delivery framework and reporting practices. Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale enterprise programs. • Proven experience supporting Workday Learning and Compensation modules. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. • Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment. Education Requirements • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) required.
