Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
Respond accurately and concisely to customer inquiries and problems
Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Strong telephone etiquette
Familiarity with CRM tools
Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Adaptability to different personalities
