Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and concisely.
Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to adapt to different personalities.
