Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. United Software Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled OneStream Consultant to join their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in OneStream XF, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing financial consolidation and planning solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&ABuild and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profilesDevelop and manage business rules including: Custom Consolidations, Intercompany Eliminations, Currency Translations, Cash Flow Automations, Event Handler RulesIntegrate OneStream with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) via REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETLEnsure data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration issuesWork closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutionsParticipate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and provide regular updates to senior managementSupport UAT, system testing, and issue resolutionMaintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training materialsProvide ongoing support for OneStream applications including upgrades, performance tuning, and user trainingTroubleshoot system errors and document enhancement opportunitiesSkills2+ implementation experience with OneStream on Consolidation and planning and 10-15 years in EPM platformsProficiency in: OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, VB.NET, SQL, C#, Python, Smart View and Excel Add-InStrong understanding of financial consolidation principles and planning processesExperience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and audit complianceFamiliarity with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People PlanningAbility to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutionsExperience with other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPCKnowledge of OneStream extensibility framework and Dashboard Extender RulesPrior participation in OneStream official training (e.g., 'Application Build for Consultants')Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based developmentCompany OverviewWelcome to Vistara Solutions Inc.
