[Remote] Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will guide high-revenue prospective customers through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they are fully activated on the platform and managing the end-to-end onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue prospective and newly closed accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff from Sales to OnboardingOwn and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, guiding customers through key milestones including:Data transfer and migrationPayments and financial setupWebsite and online booking configurationTeam member onboarding and permissionsEnablement of advanced product featuresServe as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, proactively managing timelines, expectations, and risksConduct onboarding calls, working sessions, and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs and business complexityIdentify blockers or technical challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficientlyEnsure customers are fully activated and confident using the platform by the end of the onboarding periodMaintain accurate documentation and notes in CRM and onboarding tools to track progress and outcomesShare customer feedback and onboarding insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to continuously improve onboarding processesSkills1-2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, sales support, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfactionStrong collaboration skills with Sales teams, particularly Account Executives, in a fast-paced environmentComfort working with technical and operational workflows such as data migration, payments setup, and system configurationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and driving projects to completionExperience working with CRM and customer tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, internal onboarding tools)BenefitsFlexible PTOCompetitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially or fully covered by GGIn-person opportunities that are designed to help team members foster collaboration and build community (ie; working out of a co-working space, team dinners, and other team building activities)Fertility and adoption benefits via CarrotGenerous, fully-paid parental leave policy401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employmentProfessional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expensesPre-tax commuter benefitsDependent Care FSAHome office supportCompany OverviewGlossGenius is a vertical SaaS platform for small business owners across the salon and studio space.
