[Remote] Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist will provide 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers, ensuring they understand how to use their purchased products effectively while managing multiple projects and maintaining accountability throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s) Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams Skills 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them directly through hands-on building and experimentation Foundational understanding of data migration processes 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding Experience with Bloomerang products Experience with supporting nonprofit organizations Experience with supporting nonprofit CRM solutions Benefits Health + WellnessYou’ll have access to generous health, vision, and dental insurance options as well as HealthiestYou, a healthcare service that offers convenient, confidential access to quality doctors 24/7, anytime, anywhere.
