[Remote] Onboarding Consultant

They are seeking an Onboarding Consultant to lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful integration and adoption of their software solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the onboarding process for new Bonterra Tech clients from kick-off to successful adoptionConduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific business needs, workflows, and goalsDevelop and deliver tailored onboarding plans, including configuration, data migration, and user trainingProvide expert guidance and best practices to clients on utilizing Bonterra Tech's software effectivelyAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyCollaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a coordinated and positive client experienceCreate and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, training materials, and guidesTrack and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and key success metricsIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding workflowSkills2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably within a SaaS environmentDemonstrated curiosity and experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity, accelerate problem solving, and enhance customer outcomesStrong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlinesProblem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfactionProficiency with CRM software and project management tools (Salesforce and Monday.com)Experience with data migration and system configuration is a plusExperience with Bonterra products is a plusBenefitsBonusesIncentivesEquityA comprehensive benefits programCompany OverviewBonterra is a social good software company.
