[Remote] Okta Technical Consultant (Auth0 / CIAM)

The Okta Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing and deploying Auth0-based CIAM solutions, ensuring secure and scalable authentication experiences for enterprise customers.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Auth0 solutionsDesign and implement secure authentication flows (login, signup, social login, passwordless)Integrate applications using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT-based authenticationBuild and customize identity experiences using Auth0 SDKs and APIsDevelop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and modern web technologiesWork across cloud-native and hybrid environments to deliver CIAM solutionsManage multiple customer projects, ensuring quality delivery and timelinesMentor customers and development teams on best practices for CIAM implementationsCollaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve complex issuesContribute to delivery best practices and reusable frameworksSkillsValid Auth0 Developer Certification/ Okta Consultant Certification3–5 years of experience in IAM, CIAM, or application securityStrong hands-on experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and token-based authentication (JWT)Proven experience with Auth0 implementationsStrong development background (JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies)Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, etc.)Understanding of identity lifecycle and access management conceptsExperience working in customer-facing or consulting rolesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)Advanced knowledge of Auth0 features and CIAM use casesExperience with mobile authentication (iOS/Android)Familiarity with API security and microservices architecturesExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of identity governance conceptsCISSP or similar security certificationsCompany OverviewKeyData Cyber is a cybersecurity firm specializing in identity and access management services.
