They are hiring a remote Offshore Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for onsite interpreter positions, requiring a passion for talent acquisition and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languagesDevelop and maintain interpreter relationships across the United States populationPlan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Onsite Recruiting Manager to increase interpreter engagementAchieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the departmentUtilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standardsUsing the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flowSkillsMust be fluent in EnglishDetail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPointAbility to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlinesBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field OR equivalent work experience2+ years in a high-volume recruitment rolePrevious experience working in a metrics driven environmentPrevious experience working in the language services industry a plusCompany OverviewPropio Language Services is a translation company that provides interpretation services.
