[Remote] Offshore - AI Solutions Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience in AI engineering, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI services, focusing on integrating AI into business processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize AI-driven solutions to enhance business workflows and automate processesIntegrate AI services from providers such as Microsoft, OpenAI, and other leading platforms into enterprise applicationsDesign, train, and optimize AI models for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-makingImplement natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation models to improve user experiencesCollaborate with business users and developers to define AI integration needs and solution requirementsPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and fine-tuning of AI modelsEnsure AI models are secure, scalable, and optimized for performanceStay current on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practicesSkills2-4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI servicesStrong understanding of integrating AI into business processesExperience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Azure AI, or similarPython or R for AI/ML model developmentCloud AI services such as Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AILarge language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering for AI-driven applicationsNatural Language Processing (NLP) for text and conversation modelingPower Automate or similar workflow automation tools for AI integrationData Engineering: SQL, Power Query, and ETL operationsFamiliarity with Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST3-month probation period before full-time confirmation.
