Remote Office Coordinator & Dispatcher
$16/hour + Performance Bonuses
Precision Clean is seeking a dependable Office Coordinator & Dispatcher to support our residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning divisions.
This is a remote position; however, applicants must live locally and be available for weekly in-person meetings.
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
ā¢ Follow up with new leads and quote requests
ā¢ Schedule and dispatch cleaning appointments
ā¢ Assist with hiring and onboarding tasks
ā¢ Send invoices and maintain customer records
ā¢ Coordinate communication between clients and cleaning teams
ā¢ Help resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
What We're Looking For:
ā¢ Strong phone and communication skills
ā¢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Organized and detail-oriented
ā¢ Able to multitask and problem solve independently
ā¢ Reliable and self-motivated
ā¢ Previous office, dispatch, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Requirements:
ā¢ Must live locally and attend weekly meetings
ā¢ Reliable internet connection
ā¢ Quiet work-from-home environment
ā¢ Personal computer and phone required during the initial training period
ā¢ Company equipment may be provided after successful completion of the introductory employment period (typically 30 days)
ā¢ Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software
