Remote Office Assistant/Paralegal– Personal Injury/Insurance Experience Required
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team.
This role focuses on personal injury case management and requires the ability to work efficiently under the supervision of a legal assistant while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and analyzing medical records and billing
• Drafting demand letters and case summaries
• Communicating with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and medical providers
• Requesting, organizing, and tracking medical records and documentation
• Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, and responses
The ideal candidate has prior paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
