[Remote] Of Counsel/Partner - General Liability (Fully Remote Option)

OneBridge Search is a leading law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney at the Partner or Counsel level with extensive trial experience for a key leadership role. The ideal candidate will manage a litigation caseload, communicate with clients, and supervise a team, with the option to work fully remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities
• Manage a litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
• Manage a team and supervise/mentor associates

Skills
• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• Trial experience (first or second chair experience)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice in California
• Prior first or second chair trial experience and/or supervisory experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, Public Entity, Civil Rights, Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Habitability, Personal Injury, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation
