[Remote] Odoo Operations Analyst

The Odoo Operations Analyst will ensure the smooth development, customization, and maintenance of the company's ERP (Odoo) for the Operations teams, collaborating closely with operational teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesGather and challenge the needs of operational teamsIdentify gaps between existing processes and standard Odoo featuresIdentify functional requirementsPrioritize end-user requirements by discriminating “must have” from “nice to have”Assess new module development and current system improvement requestsProvide requirements for Odoo modules development and customization in agreement with other owners and service providersEnsure development projects stay consistent with end-user needs DocumentationMaintain clear and up-to-date end-user documentationPrioritize and manage development requestsEnsure communication between operational teams and Odoo technical teamsSkillsMinimum 1 to 5 years' experience with Business/Operation Analysis in Odoo (CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)A Bachelor's/Master's degree in IS Management, Business Administration, Operations Engineering or equivalentExcellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)Excellent communication skills, able to explain ideas, ask questions, and give respectful feedbackA team-oriented mindset, you like to help others and collaborate closelyAbility to work independently and in a small teamOpen-minded, methodical, conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibilityCapable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a clear focus on priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and writing skillsRigorous, pragmaticTeam player with good social skillsAwareness of and sensitivity to environmental issues and green technologyCompany OverviewEcorobotix offers AI-powered precision agriculture equipment and software focused on ultra-high precision crop care.
