Remote Occupational Therapist in GA
A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role supports students remotely, delivering assessments and therapy to promote their functional skills and educational success.
Key responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conducting telehealth evaluations to identify student needs.
ā¢ Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans.
ā¢ Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
ā¢ Maintaining thorough documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.
ā¢ Ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based therapy services.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
ā¢ Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Georgia.
ā¢ Experience providing occupational therapy services within a school environment.
ā¢ Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote delivery of therapy.
ā¢ Strong communication skills to effectively engage students, families, and educational staff.
ā¢ Ability to work independently under a 1099 contract arrangement.
