[Remote] Occupational Health Services Associate

They are seeking an Occupational Health Services Associate to perform a variety of complex tasks, including scheduling donor occupational health testing and providing customer service to clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesSchedule donor occupational health testing within vendor systemsProcess and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clientsLearn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testingConsult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on abnormal test situations or resultsWork with internal teams to assist clientsRespond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting information test resultsMeeting attendance, production and quality standards of the company/departmentRecords details of all calls and tasks, as well as actions taken, into SalesforceOther duties related as assigned by managementMeets Accurate Background’s Employment Screening quality standards for services by adhering to client guidelines, regulations, policies, and proceduresContributes to team effort in maintaining service level agreements (SLA)Contribute to a positive team environmentContribute to creating and maintaining work instructions and Milo flow chartsAbility to multitask, make decisions, and work independently and well as with a teamSkillsHigh school degree or GED requiredAble to complete work with minimal errors under limited supervision requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive) requiredAbility to multitask (i.e., read or type while talking on the phone) requiredStrong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills requiredAbility to type 35+ WPM requiredPrevious experience with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) preferredBenefitsMedicalDental401kCompany OverviewAccurate Background is a provider of compliant, automated workforce screening solutions.
