This role focuses on analyzing marketing performance and on-site behavior to optimize acquisition paths and improve subscriber conversion rates.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze how paid and organic marketing channels drive on-site behavior, connecting upstream channel performance to funnel outcomes and subscriber acquisitionBuild and own conversion path and user journey analyses - identifying which entry points, audiences, and content paths lead to the highest-quality subscribersDevelop persona-level behavioral analysis to help marketing and merchandising teams understand how different customer segments browse, engage, and convertSupport landing page and campaign performance analysis, evaluating how traffic sources, creative, and messaging influence funnel progressionPartner with the Marketing Analytics team on channel attribution, incrementality, and cross-channel measurement questions that require on-site behavioral dataCollaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager to ensure marketing-relevant events and conversion touchpoints are properly trackedDocument analyses and data definitions clearly for use across the teamSkillsBachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, business, or related field2β4 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related roleStrong SQL skills β able to write, read, and QA complex queriesFamiliarity with Google Analytics (GA4 experience is a strong plus)Experience with data visualization tools such as LookerComfort working with paid media data and understanding marketing channel metrics (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)Familiarity with basic statistical conceptsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in e-commerce, subscription services, or retail is a plusExposure to attribution concepts, A/B testing, or incrementality measurement is a plusPractical experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for analytical work is a plusBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPTOGenerous employee discountsRetirement savingsCompany OverviewNuuly is a clothing subscription rental experience from the Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters family.
