REMOTE nursing positions (1 RN and 1 LPN)
We are looking to fill two (2) REMOTE nursing positions (1 RN and 1 LPN). These are long-term assignment (4-6 months) and will be supporting primary care practices.
Assesses and triages immediate health concerns telephonically with patients.
Provides concise, appropriate, and safe nursing guidance.
Identifies problems or gaps in care, offering opportunities for intervention, and ER diversion as appropriate.
Communicates with patients, and respective members of the healthcare team regularly.
Engages with fellow teammates, and leadership via multiple communication platforms.
Provides health education and coaches consumers on available care options.
Documents all patient interactions via multiple EMR - and tracking platforms.
Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned.
Required
Unencumbered RN OR LPN licensure in NY
Access to high-speed internet.
Hard-wired via ethernet cable to the internet.
Dedicated, private, distraction-free space in the home for home office.
Mandatory attendance at training
Full-time hours (40 hours per week -8 hours per shift)

Triage experience
Education/License
LPN or RN Licensed to practice in New York State (NYS) with current NYS registration and in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 2+ years experience in Nursing. Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references.
Experience
2+ years experience in Nursing
Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and solid technical aptitude
Highly organized, self-directed worker with the ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
