Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform • Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic conditions • Prescribe medications and order appropriate labs or diagnostic tests when clinically indicated • Provide patient education, counseling, and guidance on treatment plans and preventive care • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to support continuity of care and ensure an exceptional patient experience Requirements: • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult NP preferred) • National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required • Minimum two years of post-certification clinical experience preferred • Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred • Multiple state licenses highly desirable • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Comfort using technology and conducting video-based consultations • Private, professional workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions DirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
