Coordinate and schedule remote notary appointments for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when coordinating and confirming appointments.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to gather necessary information and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain a high level of organization in managing multiple schedules and appointments.
Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to remote notary services.
Utilize remote communication tools to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Uphold a high standard of customer service by providing prompt and helpful assistance to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Meet performance metrics and goals set by management.
Keep accurate records and documentation of all scheduled appointments.
Act as a brand ambassador for First American by representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
