We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek a Remote Notary Services Provider to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs notarial acts remotely using video conferencing tools for clients unable to be present, verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and certifying documents in compliance with laws. Also travels to clients' locations, such as homes or offices, to notarize various documents, including real estate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney, offering both remote notarization and mobile services for client convenience. QUALIFICATIONS • MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. • Notary Public commission. Additional authorization or certification may be required for remote notarization, often involving specific training in technology proficiency. Training in mobile notary services covers client interaction, document handling, and legal requirements. • Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection. • Essential familiarity with state laws governing notarial acts, including remote and mobile services. • Proficiency in technology platforms for remote notarization, ensuring secure document management. • Strong communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.
