They are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to design and implement serverless applications on AWS, focusing on enhancing customer interactions within contact center platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Node.js applications running on AWS LambdaBuild and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using Amazon Connect and Amazon LexDevelop integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise applications, databases, CRM systems, and third-party APIsCreate reusable Lambda services to support authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactionsDevelop RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS servicesImplement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controlsParticipate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub and AWS DevOps servicesTroubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliabilityCollaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycleDevelop automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless applicationsCreate technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooksSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience3+ years of Node.js development experience2+ years of hands-on AWS development experienceExperience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functionsExperience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon LexStrong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecturesExperience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridgeExperience using Git and GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelinesStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skillsUnderstanding of secure software development practices and cloud security principlesExperience developing contact center IVR solutionsExperience with conversational AI and chatbot implementationsExperience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNowKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)Experience working in Agile development environmentsAWS Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certificationCompany OverviewBrillio is a technology consulting and technology services company focused on the implementation of digital technologies.
