Skills
ā¢ ServiceNow: Intermediate
ā¢ Help Desk/Service Desk: Advanced
ā¢ Previous experience with ServiceNow required
ā¢ Previous tier 1 experience, IVR and telephony experience
ā¢ Ability to take calls, provide excellent customer service, and triage issues effectively and efficiently to application support teams for resolution
