[Remote] New Home Consultant

Responsibilities β’ Assists in the coordination of activities and communications surrounding the home closing, such as handling deposit checks and preparing and delivering contract documents β’ Maintains the quick-move-in home list β’ Manages the priority registration list for all neighborhoods β’ Coordinates listings on MLS and the SMH website β’ Creates digital buildouts in company-provided technology system β’ Collaborates with other departments within the company to resolve customer concerns or system issues β’ Ensures design studio samples are accurate and professionally displayed β’ Assists buyers in the design studio for their color selection process β’ Maintains inventory of refreshments for customers and staff at the model home β’ Assists in light cleaning and decorating duties within the model homes; ensuring porches and floors are swept and model home dΓ©cor is seasonalized β’ Serves as a substitute for the market coordinator, as needed Skills β’ Proficient in the use of Windows and Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft Office applications β’ Ability to learn and utilize new software β’ Superior organizational and time management skills required β’ Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build trust and communicate effectively β’ Valid driver's license and clean driving record β’ Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle Company Overview β’ Schuber Mitchell Homes provides property development services.
