They are seeking a New Business Consultant to identify and qualify new prospects in the sector, conduct outreach, deliver sales presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and qualify new industrial and corporate prospects in the metals recycling sectorBuild and manage a strategic pipeline of opportunitiesConduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetingsDeliver consultative sales presentationsTailor solutions that align with each clientβs materials management and recycling needsCollaborate with internal operations, logistics, and finance teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and service plansNegotiate terms and support contract executionMonitor market trendsMaintain accurate CRM recordsProvide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and resultsSkillsProven skills in New Business Development and Sales, with a track record of building and closing a pipeline of B2B opportunitiesStrong Business acumen, including the ability to understand client operations, cost drivers, and value propositions in an industrial or services environmentExcellent Communication skills, including professional written, verbal, and virtual presentation abilities for engaging stakeholders at multiple levelsExperience in Management Consulting or consultative selling, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutionsAbility to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed targets and deadlinesProficiency with CRM systems and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experienceFamiliarity with the metals recycling, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services sectors is preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewOver 60 years ago, Bert Appel and Charles Frydman began reclaiming recyclable metals in Dayton, Ohio.
